NYC Badminton Club currently has two clubs operating in Manhattan and Queens throughout the week simontanously. You can choose the days and locations convinient for you to go. The fee for Manhattan club and Queen club is slightly different, please read the following information carefully:
MANHATTAN club
You can come as a member or a nonmember, it is up to you. We have all level of players here, you will be introduced to the others and the games will be set by the organizer at the club. You can walkin on any of the days we open. No reservation is needed. All practice will be managed by the coordinator under 20 minutes rules = players will be on court for 20 minutes for either drill practice or games each rotation, then off court to wait for the next rotation. Waiting period is from 0 min to 20 min. Most of the time, it is around 5 to 10 min after 20 min practice.
Club will provide the shuttles. If you do not have a racquet, you can rent a racquet for $3/day. Several options is available for you to participate in this club:
Come as Individual:
As visitor: $25/day per person ( club provides shuttlecocks / birdies ). You can joint the membership at any time, we give 2 weeks of attandent credits back toward your membership. So, you do NOT need to decide whether you want to get the membership right away.
As member: $15 / day per person with $80 / 3months membership; $140/6 months membership; or $200/year membership. It is worthy if you plan to come more than 2 times / month. ( club provides shuttlecocks / birdies. Equipment purchase with $5 to $10 discount / item from NYCB store. $6 discount in racquet re-stringing services each time. )
Come as Group of Company League:
Each team ( minimum 7, maximum 12 players ): $1000 to $1500 / team / 6 months. Company team leader needs to contact us for Team League Application .

Whether you come as individual or company league player, you do not need to bring a partner. We will arrange you to play with players at different levels, althought, you might play with players at your level the most. You can also just practice the drills, not necessarily to play games. Organizer will do his / her best to satisfy your needs in terms of games, level of partners, etc.
If you want to get some quicker start or good physical exercise in an intensive time, you can consider taking trainings. We have individual training provided by headcoach on every Tue, Wed, Fri, and Sunday or the group training on Sunday. QUEENS club
